My name is Paula. I’m a native Texan, born & raised. I learned to crochet in high school and have kept faithful to the craft ever since. 

It only recently occurred to me to become a designer, having worked by others’ patterns all these years. But being inspired by what other fiber artists are doing, I realized I might have some potential as well. Although relatively new at it, I’ve had encouraging success with my designs so far and am constantly looking for new ideas and inspiration. My hope is that this blog will serve to inspire others as well.

My other interests include gardening (especially heirloom roses), cooking and sewing.

I’ve been married to my Champion for 35 years. We have one daughter and two grandsons.
